1. Return Period:
You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Beyond this period, we may not be able to process your return request.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
3. Initiation of Refund:
Refunds will be initiated once EXM Global receives the returned product and confirms its eligibility for a refund. Please ensure you provide the following information in the email: Order Number, Email ID, Product Name, Pick-up Address, Contact +919917999998, Reason for Return. Our team will respond within the next 24-48 business hours.
4. Refund Method:
For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed directly to the provided bank account. Please ensure accurate bank details are provided for a seamless refund process.
5. Return Shipping Cost:
A return shipping cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount. This deduction covers return shipping expenses.
6. Return Procedure:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please securely package the product to prevent any damage during return shipping.
7. Inspection and Processing Time:
Upon receiving the returned product, EXM Global will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Once the inspection is completed, the refund or credit to your EXM Global wallet will be processed within 3 business days.
8. Exclusions:
Certain products may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as such on our website. We reserve the right not to accept the return of products that we believe are being returned after use, washed, soiled, or damaged, except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you. Personalized and customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
9. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel an order within the specified 12-hour window, please contact our customer support, providing your order number and request cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and process a refund if applicable as per our Refund Policy.
